EAP is effective for individuals of all ages and can address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, behavioral problems, and relationship challenges. The therapy sessions are typically conducted outdoors in a natural setting, which can enhance the therapeutic experience and promote a sense of calm and well-being.

The benefits of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy include increased self-awareness, improved emotional and social skills, enhanced problem-solving abilities, and greater resilience. By fostering a deep connection with horses, clients can gain valuable insights and achieve personal growth in a unique and transformative way.

The Masterson Method®
The Masterson Method® is a unique and interactive form of equine bodywork that focuses on enhancing the horse's performance and well-being. Developed by Jim Masterson, this innovative method involves the active participation of the horse in the therapeutic process, allowing the practitioner to identify and release accumulated tension and discomfort in the horse's body.

Unlike traditional equine massage techniques, The Masterson Method® emphasizes gentle, hands-on techniques that encourage relaxation and communication between the horse and the practitioner. By paying close attention to the horse's subtle responses and feedback, practitioners can pinpoint areas of stress and address them effectively, promoting greater flexibility, comfort, and overall health.

The Masterson Method® is widely respected in the equine community for its effectiveness in improving mobility, performance, and the quality of life for horses. It is used by horse owners, trainers, and therapists around the world, offering a compassionate and cooperative approach to equine care that deepens the bond between horse and human while supporting the horse's physical and emotional well-being.

Watsu®
Watsu® is a passive, aquatic bodywork modality performed in warm water. The smooth, rhythmic motions of Watsu® allow the receiver to enter deeply relaxing states of meditation while supported through various full body stretches. This modality is powerful for integrating the mind, body and spirit. Therapeutic properties of water, including hydrostatic pressure and buoyancy, allow a unique environment for treating the human body. Buoyancy floats muscles and decompresses joint spaces allowing gentle spinal adjustments, in addition to the relaxation of muscles, and regulation of fluid systems including the cerebrospinal fluid of the craniosacral rhythm, lymphatic drainage facilitation, and systemic blood circulation enhancement.

Creative Experimental Therapy
Creative Experimental Therapy is an innovative and dynamic approach to mental health and personal development that combines elements of creativity, experimentation, and traditional therapeutic practices. This form of therapy encourages clients to explore and express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences through various creative mediums such as art, music, chess, and movement. By engaging in these creative processes, individuals can access deeper layers of their psyche, facilitating healing and growth.

This client-centered therapy approach allows individuals to choose the mediums that resonate most with them, fostering a sense of autonomy and engagement in the therapeutic process. It is particularly effective for those who may find traditional talk therapy limiting or who benefit from a more holistic, embodied form of expression.

Creative Experimental Therapy is designed to be flexible and adaptable. It often incorporates experimental techniques to tailor the experience to each client's unique needs. This can involve trying new activities, integrating different art forms, or combining creative methods with conventional therapeutic interventions.

By promoting creativity and experimentation, this therapy approach helps individuals gain new perspectives, develop coping strategies, and achieve emotional and psychological breakthroughs, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
